The company is committed to following all relevant health and safety laws and regulations under The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999. Complying with the requirements of all relevant regulation and accredited codes of practice. As an internationally known and respected company we aim to lead and influence to ensure that we act responsibly and in compliance to all health and safety regulations and legislation. At Press and Fab we will

• Guarantee all healthy and safety is implemented and provide the correct procedures, premises, tools and equipment so that this can be done.
• Encourage all contractors and employees to co-operate and follow all health and safety matters to ensure a safe working environment.
• Make sure co-operation regarding health and safety is promoted between the company/ all employees and persons that are working alongside us. Employees and contractors.
• Read and fulfill all Health and Safety rules making sure that they take responsibility and care for themselves and colleagues or whoever is affected by their actions.
• Ensure that they are not intentionally disregarding the company’s health and safety.
• Report any areas which could cause risk or any persons that are intentionally ignoring the company’s health and safety policy. Management
• Maintain all health and safety procedures and policies.
• Constantly ensure that all education and guidance required is available and up to date.
• Ensure all employees are instructed of the policies and safe working practices.
• When required use disciplinary procedures when any employee fails to comply and deliberately ignores the company’s health and safety Procedures.
• Make sure all incidents or accidents are reported so appropriate action can take place to rectify and prevent any further problems.

Training

• All employees will continually receive training and courses where necessary to comply with legislation.
• New employees will immediately be made aware of the company’s health and safety policy and safe working procedures.
• When required due to special risk classification training and operational instructions will be issued.
• Awareness of consequences for not following and practicing all health and safety policies will be advised. Protection and procedures.
• First aid boxes are located at all premises as required by statutory regulations.
• All accidents should be reported and logged in the company’s accident book and when necessary further investigation and action will be taken.
• Protection will be provided and must be used by all employees. This statement will be reviewed annually and kept up to date to include any changes required.
